Senior Research Analyst
Shan is a Senior Research Analyst with Rho Motion, working on electric vehicle, battery and charging market analysis, as well as modelling energy and commodity demand associated with the energy transition. Prior to joining Rho Motion, Shan worked at CRU covering prices for chrome and battery metals markets. Before this, he worked as a broker and helped to develop derivatives markets for cobalt and lithium, along with trading renewable energy certificates. He holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Leeds and an MPhil in Development Studies from Cambridge.
