Victoria Hugill

Research Analyst

Victoria works as a Research Analyst for Rho Motion. Prior to joining the company, she worked as a Scientist at Si-anode materials company, Nexeon. There she was part of the electrochemical testing team, responsible for testing Nexeon’s anode materials, utilising various cell formats and techniques to provide inciteful information on material performances. Victoria has a First-Class Honors Master’s degree (chemistry) from the University of Lincoln. 

Pete Tillotson

Research Analyst

Pete Tillotson is a Research Analyst at Rho Motion. Pete has recently completed an MSc in Environmental Technology at Imperial College London with a focus on environmental economics, energy transitions and energy policy. Pete also has a BA in Politics from the University of Exeter. 

Edward Keith

Associate Consultant

Ed is an Associate Consultant at Rho Motion. He forms part of the team that coordinate and deliver Rho Motion’s bespoke consultancy service. Ed has key experiences in leadership and management having spent eight years in the British Army, he accents this with a scientific background, having studied Chemistry at Edinburgh University.
