Our story
Rho Motion was founded in 2018 by Managing Director Adam Panayi, with the aim of delivering a complete picture of battery demand.
What began with Adam independently gathering data on vehicle sales and battery installations quickly diversified into associated technologies including motors and systems, charging and infrastructure, energy stationary storage, battery recycling and wider energy renewables.
We have since forged a close knit and outgoing team comprising battery scientists, economists, mechanical engineers and physicists alongside a driven and dynamic commercial team. We are a highly diverse group with multiple languages spoken and cultures represented, which allows us to operate effectively in a global market.
In 2024, Rho Motion joined forces with Benchmark Mineral Intelligence, to form the first dedicated end-to-end data and market intelligence firm covering the energy transition from mine to grid. With our shared dedication to excellence, our priority is to deliver products and services that hold our clients needs firmly at the centre of everything we do.
