Anglo-Korean battery company Eurocell EMEA is in advanced negotiations with the Dutch government and investment agency NOM to agree a final location for the company’s first European Gigafactory.  The company plans to begin production from the new site as early as 2023, with annual production rising to over 40 million cells by 2025.
